Industry data (RIBA/FMB) shows roughly 70% of higher-value UK residential builds are delivered in partnership with a design team, and we mirror that — most of our projects run alongside an architect or interior designer, and we're comfortable being brought in at either RIBA Stage 3 (design) or Stage 4 (technical).

In London, single-storey rear extensions typically run £45k–£110k (Houseup, 2026) and full refurbishments £150k–£600k. Our sweet spot is £50k–£500k — from a well-detailed kitchen extension to a whole-house renovation. Bespoke joinery-only commissions start around £8k.

Industry benchmarks (Resi, Best Builders, 2026) put a single-storey rear extension at 10–14 weeks on site, a two-storey or wrap-around at 16–24 weeks, and a full refurb at 6–9 months. Add 3–6 months upfront for design, planning and party wall. We issue a week-by-week programme at contract and report against it every Friday.
